OHA has been serving Maine employers since 1992. Our focus is to deliver high quality occupational health services. In addition, our Rehabilitation Department provides services to patients with non-work related musculoskeletal injuries. Al Mesrobian MD, a local resident for many years is founder and owner.

  • Rehab coordinator
  • Graduate of University of New England
  • Experience: 25 years with individuals of all ages and medical issues, skilled in upper
    extremity orthopedics, including custom splinting. 
     
• Shawn Thiboutot, CSCS
  • Graduate of Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania
  • Experience: 22 years as a Strengthening and Conditioning Specialist in Injury and
    Cardiac rehabilitation, 2 years in Occupational Health, Fitness Training and Nutritional Counseling. Started his own company in 2009, Crossfit 321, in Topsham, ME.

OHA Clinic Staff

Herb DeMerchant, is OHA's Practice Manager who oversees the daily activities of our organization enabling us to provide the best up-to-date efficient care.

Debbie Moon, Finance Manager, oversees, supervises and regulates the OHA business office.

Craig Tuck Medical Assistant, Clinic Supervisor, manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensures the office functions with proficiency, assists with physical examinations and testing. 
He is certified in performing audiograms, pulmonary function, drug and breath alcohol testing.

Diane Thibeault, Transcriptionist, provides crucial services and performs billing services.

Joanne Stevens, Front office Coordinator welcomes our new and returning clients, organizes scheduling and ensures our patients are seen in a timely manner.

Tracey Mason, Clinical Administrative Assistant, schedules appointments for new and returning clients, greets patients and assists with document preparation that keeps our companies informed.
