Immigration Physicals
Alexander L Mesrobian, MD is certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Civil Surgeon. He performs immigration physicals following Homeland Security Department Guidelines.
The physical consists of a health history, a non-invasive physical exam, evaluation of mental health and substance abuse issues. A blood test for syphilis, gonorrhea and tuberculosis is required. This can be drawn at our local hospital, or any facility of your choice. Certain immunizations are also required and prices vary. A verbal history of chicken pox or documented proof of the vaccine is accepted. Follow up care for any physical or mental health/substance abuse problems may be required.
A VALID and current photo identification is required for the physical. (Government issued card, drivers license, passport, etc..)
